There are ways to create an "illusion" of scope sway in BF2, but it doesn't actually affect where the weapon is firing.

hm, so the rpg sway already implemented (it sways, but only very little) doesnt actually do anything?

the illusion would be better than nothing imo as long as it is realistic
it would look more realistic and would explain the slight deviation that exists for all rifles

I would like to make a personal plea for this never to be added. While I love realism (and would be happy to see PR evolve with even more) every game I have played that implements weapon/sight sway makes me feel nauseous from motion sickness.

weapon sway should be added but:
1. i guess it is hardcoded.
2. the weapon sway, isnt that hard, those guns doesnt weight 3 grams.
the sway should be more or less betweenthe brothers in arms, and true combat elite stats (certainly true combat elite has one of the most realistic weapon sways ever)
3. "simulated" weapon sway its a good idea, because it can make a psychological unligned sight.
