Nope, it's not a Pakistani song, it's only playing in Grozny's Zastava, and it's in Serbian...
It say's 'Igraj, igraj, opaaa' at the begginig of the song.
And the other thread didn't help neither, they just posted the 'remove kebbab' song, and some other Serbian folk songs.
