How to optimize Local Server on low spec machine?

Greetings all, running PR bf2 on a couple of cheap laptops with Windows 10, PR v1.3.9, everything is working fine. But I am wondering, any tips to optimize running local server?
Of course I am running local PR server at lowest graphics and audio settings, and I have stripped down my windows 10 installation to use the fewest possible resources, thanks to BlackViper and so on and so forth.
Just wondering if anyone has any extra tricks?
(Note to developers: "everything is working fine" -- even on these crumbling old inferior laptops of mine!)
