Hey,

I just got back into pr and was downloading the new updates, but why is the downloading at 5-150kbs, My internet is well capable of going 2mbs, my speed is fine. It feels like a torrent, if it is, why cant it be a file delivery system?

*edit it is fluctuating really heavily right now, 200,500,100,25,300 etc as listed in picture

It is not torrent based. If many people are accessing a server at the same time, it gets slower. And since these download servers are usually not only used for file distribution this might happen.
