Windows 10 closes launch "Cleaning up resources"

I believe I have all the correct files installed such as DirectX and Visual C++ but the launcher still closes and leaves a brief message that it is closed and cleaning up resources. Any suggestions? I did install from the PRTA EU download on this site.

please post your specs
from launcher>support>copy and paste
if you can't access the launcher just list them yourself
do ensure you have all the prereqs fully updated, and windows at the latest. check this link for more reference
