Can i run this game atleast at lowest graphics?

Not with joy, no. It wouldn't cost you anything to download and test it out, but I highly doubt it will be enjoyable. Keep in mind the frame-rate is much lower on multiplayer servers compared to a local one with just you on it.

unfortunately your system will struggle big time unless you upgrade some components
