Shortcut in the start menu and prbf2 protocol handler are broken because of PRWW2

I've installed PRWW2 some days ago then tried to start PRBF2. It said it could not find the mod directory. After some "research" I've determined that shortcut has been modified. Then I have modified it back so now the directory in which the launcher starts is "C:\Program Files (x86)\Project Reality\Project Reality BF2\mods\pr\bin". Protocol handler uses its own shortcut or something else and I can't join any server using PRSPY, the same error 8 appears. How can I fix this?
