no servers in server list

so i just downloaded PR today and wanted to play a game but when i wanted to join a server there weren't any. so i loooked on the server list on realitymod.com and there were loads of servers running. the issue is that i can't join a server and don't know how to fix it

What is the version of Project Reality you are running? If you open the PR launcher and hit the "support" your version should be listed in the top-right corner of the window.
While you're at it I guess you could copy the info listed and paste it here.

when I finished installing it said there was a new update, 1.3.9 so i updated to that. whenever I want to join an internet server it shows me a screen with "joining public servers is restricted at this time, please confirm that there are no restrictions on your profile, such as modded files

does it tell you what file is corrupt? or general error?
