Problems with launcher PLS HELP

I just cannot find a way to get the launcher work! When i double click on the launcher it brings up an error that says "cannot find prlauncher.exe" I have win7 ultimate 64bit
Pls help

i've seen your other thread.. not sure what the problem is.
uninstall your current game
disable anti virus or firewall for the time being
install PR (make sure its latest, check the downloads page)
reinstall
keep anti virus off for now
