Game will not work please help!

Hi guys new to this forum! I downloaded PR yesterday and was excited to play however it would not work. The installation was fine and the client updated etc etc. When i come to start the game the screen turns black then goes back to the desktop screen. I searched the internet enabled GPU scaling and it still didnt work. I am getting frustrated with this, when the game crashes I get no message just goes back to desktop. However, when I decided to try and run it in windowed mode I got the following error:
