Found some old RAM in the garage

So I found these sweet memory sticks inside an HP pre-built machine. 4 of them total, with 2gbs each! I only run with 4gbs, so I need to find out and I'll ask here if they'll fit my rig, if they're compatible, and so on. I'm a real noob in this area, but I respect the passion you guys have for components. Wish I still roomed with my buddy. He was good with this stuff and built my rig waaaay back.
Here's the RAM I found: Nanya nt2gt64u8hd0by-ad 2GB 2Rx8.PC2-6400U-666-13-E1.800
Let me know if I'm typing in the wrong info.
My current rig:
Mother Board: Asus M4A88T-M AMD 880G/SB710; GbE, DDR3 1866OC; ATI HD 4250, Hybrid xFire; SATA3Gb/s
CPU: AMD Phenom II x2 560 Blk 3.3GHz Dual-Core
2X RAM - DDR3 4GB 1600MHz Corsair (2X2GB)Dominator
GPU: PALIT GTX460 1GB Sonic GDDR5, Direct X11 SLI Ready
(?)Power Supply: Thermaltake TR2 RX 650w, Ultra Quiet 140mm Fan, Single +12V Up to 44A
Edit: I noticed these ones I found are DDR2, so they might not be worth it, even if they're double the gbs. So 4gb DDR3 vs. 8gb DDR2. Major difference I'm sure, but how
