Server problems ( Status Offline )

Apparently , the servers are closed and therefore, we think we have a problem for not updating our game, do not give reply nor bring into the open , it seems wrong on your part (technical support) , and secondly I You like to remind you that you have social networks like twitter , facebook , and many others that can communicate with the incidents in time and without spending much time on it , so I hope you take good manners
