Ilker kardes, there is no Turkish editor/mapper/coder.
Nobody will makes the Turkish faction unless someone(maybe you) get a team together that can create a faction. Turkish army has great variation of arms and is 2nd biggest army in NATO, but it will not come into PR unless a team comes together that wants to make the Turkish army faction.
If u can create such faction gl but if not, this topic will close soon.
