Win 10: Crash in the middle of the round

I have win 10, and sometimes it just crashes when I'm in (the best part of) the game. I didn't read any solution for this, so i made a topic.
So, There are 2 types of the crash:
1.: As i mentioned, when I'm playing it just crashes, and the problem is with the memory.dll
2.: When the second map is loading, at about the 15% it crashes without any error.
It's annoying when you lead a squad and everything is fine (the squad is alive) and boom.
Help pls!
