Very solid start! I'd say some of the round parts of the turrets have a bit too many edges on them and could do with being a bit more optimized.

we don't really use limits. We use averages really :) most tanks in pr range in the 8k-12k range.

Which factions would use this as I have understood this is the "better" T-72 and was not exported outside USSR?

1)UAF
2)may be given to Militia on certain maps (without Kontakt-5 ERA and without or with worse Kobra ATGM under designation T-64B)
3)Maybe can be given to MEC as a PH for T-80U in use by some middle-east countries, such as:
-Pakistan
-Yemen
-Egypt

edit:
1) i'm right that i must weld everything except(tryed and get additional 2k triangles :( ):
- turret
- cannon&coaxial
- AA MG(WIP)
- "wheels"
2) i must made tracks in 3dmax(how quality they must be then?) or they adding in bf2editor?

Sometime in the following weeks I'll be putting out a track-vehicle tutorial for exporting and such, but yea, tracks should be done in 3dsmax. Here's a good way to do them that will make texturing easy later on:

Love the flag :p Perhaps make it separate object though. Having all tanks with the same flag on it might seem a bit too 'clone-wars'.

U mean left it unwelded? And can i left unwelded dynamic armor? In future T64 can be also used by Militia, but little be sharped and w/o DA.

Check how the track skirts are done on the Challenger 2. They are separate object that gets added in the .tweak file of the vehicle. Should do same here.
