Training infrantry squads for new players

I'm interested in running training infantry squads for new players from time to time.
The idea is to demonstrate mechanics, tactics and teamwork in practice. Reading manual is a good start but not enough to cover everything.
It's sad that there're new players interested in squad teamwork but often have not decent squads to join. I'm far from being ideal squad leader, but I am also not that bad.
Squads consisting of only new players are very inefficient. If any experienced players would like to join us, please do it. I also suggest to other squad leaders to announce such squads in this thread.
There are requirements to join my training squad though:
1. You have to read manual https://www.realitymod.com/manual/pr_manual.pdf at least once. You can skip sections for Squad Leader, Vehicles and other stuff which looks too complicated or not useful for you right now (e.g. kits description).
2. You need to have a microphone.
3. You have to be interested in learning, communication and teamwork, thus following orders.
I will try to answer most of the questions and help with any "noob problems" in such squads as soon as you can learn from it.
In top right corner of this site you can see PR time, e.g. 28 Mar 2016, 10:22:43 (PRT) for me right now. at 16:30 (PRT) I will announce server you would be able to find me on today. You can book a place by sending me private message with nickname.
