picking up a evga 960 4gb ftw card today and im needing a psu to go with it. only requirements are- it must have modular cables and come from newegg or amazon. also needs 2nd 8pin cause im going to pick up another 960 in the future. its going in a nzxt h440.

any suggestions.

I've chosen the 550W G2 version for excellent reviews and hard to beat price. Afaik, there's 750W version as well

Don't make the same mistake as me - make sure you have enough 12V, my 970 need at least 25 - 30 would be a real minimum.

By listening to forums I bought a decent 550 but it had 2 12V power rails so under strain the system would shut down - I changed it for a seasonic 550 with one 45A rail - Sorted.

PSU above is nice.

Well a 550W won't cut it for SLI most likely.

No it wouldn't I missed that - would it be better to have 2 x 12V for Sli or one big one.
