Why we dont have the system ranks anymore?, I think it would be good to add ranks to the game.


Why Flow?:

During the time we have played games, We are used to always have a game progress as Ranks or Level's. which.. this shows the player has some purpose to continue playing the game.

This also makes a presentation to players (who have time playing in the community & Newbies) Sign of respect and loyalty as players, I think personally this will bring many players, a system of rank... I really enjoy leveling inside a game and and this not mean get better weapons or some limited weapon. (just a representation)





Also, is it possible to place the ranks of the forum within the game as appropriate?.

What I never understand about the argument that levels make players play the game longer is: if you need levels to enjoy a game, then that means you don't enjoy the game itself; rather, you enjoy leveling up.

what's the point in playing if I don't get rewarded?

Well you probably shouldn't be playing if you need a level system to enjoy a game.

As I said above, is not about getting rewards or things, just a presentation.

They used to be around in the early days 0.5~0.7+ but there's no reason for them. It made sense with the XP system that bf2 used but there's no such thing in PR, so there's no reason to have it. "A sign of respect" is irrelevant, if you want respect then play well and communicate.

Project Reality is definitely not one of those game were the size of one's "e-penis" really matters

If your name gets thrown around because your a good squad leader, CAS pilot, tanker, etc, then that's as good as it should get

There a lot of reason to not make this:
1-there no gain on getting a higher rank, as PR is not COD or BF, so you don't unlock new weapons

2-this may be used by more experience players as a excuse to say: rank up noob, I know the game better than you, even if he is doing some shit like using the APC w/ TOW to only hunt tanks instead of helping the team(I am looking for you elitists-noob players)

No kidding but, if you need something like some numbers to play a game, BF4 is very cheap, and runs better than PR...

the main reason i quit playing games like BC2 or BF games in general is because PR don't have any kind of ranking system...

EA know that their games wont last long enough so they put this ranking bullshit system just so they keep the COD kid's play their shitty game for ever and keep them busy with useful ranking and high MLG K/D...

a game that focus on team work are far better than some ranking ****.

so sorry to disappoint you but no we don't need Ranking in PR,its just a waste of energy and time for the DEV team.
