i opened new game and load the map co op and tried many time but it never happened again . maybe like [R-DEV]Mineral said it just a bug

Fallujah does not set any new sunflare to be used and thus will use the one from previous map.

u can use this marker ( ? ) to ID your Targets ^^
simply hold Q and click on contact on the location that your UAV cam is looking at...
