Here I shall leave my feedback related to the EUGG server. This post should be taken with a grain of salt, since I played very little on this server, and this feedback is related to the rounds of a single day.
Since such a thread has not existed until now I first attempted to give the community some feedback in the recruitment thread --
original post is here -- this received no response, but kicked up some posts from other players who were disgruntled at the EUGG community for one reason or another. As such, the community leader requested this thread to be locked, and my attempt to give feedback was in vain.
The next day I posted the same on the EUGG forums; it is worth noting that you must be registered and have your account manually activated to read or post in the forums. For convenience I will post screenshots of everything here.
Without further ado, here is the feedback thread:

After this, the thread was posted in by somebody else resulting in the thread being locked. I have no screenshots of this, as the thread was very soon after deleted.
Today, I went to join the PR server and found out I have been banned. Having broken no rules while playing there, I was naturally confused, so I proceeded to fill out a ban appeal form:

To which I received the response:

To me this is interesting. While I understand that discussion of bans is generally not for server feedback, I feel this is relevant as I was banned
for providing server feedback.
Further, SuperArmySoldiers is attempting to have me abuse any say I have with the forum moderators to clean his thread(which was correctly moderated per forum rules and standards) in a way he deems fit.
Edit: I now also seem to be banned from the community's forum by IP.

This is the only PR server I know of where the lead admin and owner banned everyone he personally disliked before the server was even up and running. Ofc the owner has rights to do whatever he wants when he pays for it, but then again we should also be able to share our opinions about it.
But beware, the server owner also has a habit of banning everyone who critizices him as he takes it as a personal attack or as "attempts to destroy his community". He also loves to cry about it and look for emotional support from other server admins at the smallest joke or criticism.

Thank you Liam for that detailed posts.
Indeed SAS is taking every feedback, critisism, question as personal attacks. The fact that he is manually adding people to his forums and asking to clean the post in order to get unbanned is childish and in no way helpfull for our small community.

Remember my advice #takeabreak
You are a glutton for punishment and you certainly do not stay out of the limelight as you say in most of your posts. Good luck, you really need it....

So I just played on the server for the first time.
Admins were responsive to my !r reports, which was nice.
Sometimes the mapvote was of maps that were fairly similar, but thats a generic PR server problem.
I didn't get any rubber-banding issues, unlike other servers for me.
Server didn't crash whilst I was on. I played most of the day.
Also, I loaded into maps very quickly - sometimes 4 mins before the game started.
Comunications were good between squads, not sure if admins were responsible for this.
Usually communications between squads is a rarity, but not on this server.
Not much else I can say, good job to the admins. I'm happy there is a fresh server on the scene.
Time will tell if it takes off or not.

Played a bit of Muttrah yesterday. I asked whether it is allowed to shoot from main base. An admins triggered the according message that cites the rules. This stated shooting into or out of main base was prohibited. After reporting the enemy Quad gun shooting from main base that admin then explained that shooting from main with stationary weapons is allowed and we were allowed to engage them if they do even with APCs.
So according to that we would have been allowed to neutralize the Quad by sniping the gunner, hammering the area with Mk19 from AAVP or call in the Cobra to striker it. I think we all know how at least the last two would have ended in regards of reports.
I suggest you keep your rule as it is currently stated on your website and dont allow any shooting from main base. It will save you from lots of trouble.

Can't you remove the damn static mainbase weapons in the game?! I thought we were running out of networkable objects

Went on to check what most of the fuss is about, played with a couple of friends for 3 maps, seems like the admin team took the criticism to heart or something like that? Our switch requests were instantly dealt with and the admins dealt with the reports when we got teamkilled, there were instances where it went out of hand but that's to blame for their small admin team, other than that everything seemed okay to me.
Obviously there's a fair bit of drama going on, but on a personal level I haven't had anything bad to say about the server yet, server didn't lag and ran decently, few questionable map choices at best to point out from my view.
Not a big fan of your choice of website choice, from a web designer's standpoint, it's fairly too basic and the colors do not work together at all, Enjin is a bad platform to launch your website on without the proper tools that require money for it if I remember correctly, better things can be done with the likes of Xenforo, IP.Board, vbulletin and heck even phpbb3.
Edit: Also the fact that you have to approve people to join your forums will most likely make people feel iffy about it, a community is supposed to be open for everybody not just for a few select people.

Apparently saying "Stop bitching" is an official thing in this server.
After reporting a player for being a griefer multiple times, I get a reply to "stop bitching" and to my "surprise" it was indeed an admin who said that.
The player in question LATed a Chinook, my APC and also kept ramming everything with a jeep.
And obviously he didn't got kicked or banned, he just left the server to rejoining a few minutes later.

Just had a round of Kokan on this (was last populated EU server). My experience pretty much matches with the critic posted before.
First off it was quite laggy as a gunner. Shooting on the move was very annoying. And yes, the other APC had same issues.
More importantly tho is the lack of any admins or better the admins that are online do nothing. There were two admins online while a griefer was teamkilling in the Canadian main base. Shooting LAT at chinook, jeeps and APCs. After getting reported a dozen of times by multiple people the admin replied with something along the line of "could you not make such a fuzz". The griefer left the Canadian side shortly after, i guess cause he got bored from getting teamkilled himself (only way to save our assets). If you are interested on who the admins online where, just ask or check your logs. Only thing they were good for was to make !admins not show "none"

I straight up agree.
