Pack your sunscreen and mosquito spray, ladies - because PRTA's taking a trip half-way around the world to stick our nose firmly in someone else's war. That's right, we're going back to Vietnam!

Ride of the Valkyries will begin to blare at 18:00 PRT on SATURDAY 21st MAY 2016 as we announce our arrival along the country's coastline with a barrage of napalm and hell-fire. The locals won't know what's hit 'em - FREEDOM, that's what!

This will take place on the public server, PRTA | EU - prteamwork.com until 04:00 PRT on SUNDAY 22nd MAY 2016. The event will require no password.

We'll be liberating the entire country whilst seeing some breathtaking beauties along the way, such as:

• Battle of Ia Drang
• Tad Sae Offensive
• Operation Barracuda
• Charlie's Point
• Hill 488

Our mission ends when the weekend does. That's a whole lot of liberatin'. Grab your Lucky Strikes and slap 'em on your helmet, we're goin' in HARD!

Only problem is that most of those maps are hugely disadvantages to the US team. Or they're night time which makes it a slaughterfest.

Great to see some Vietnam PR played. I won't be able to make it so have some bush-hiding-fun on my behalf.

sounds like a lot of fun, i never got a chance to try out the vietnam maps myself. i will definitely be there.
