Just tried to download PR and using qBittorrent, the download just stalls. Anyone else having this problem?

Can you elaborate? Has it downloaded anything or has it not started at all? Torrents require seeders in order to work, if no one is seeding you won't be able to download. If that is the case the only thing you can do is be patient and wait for someone to start seeding.

Okay yeah that's it, thanks I don't use torrents a lot.

Hey man !
I don't think that is your problem ! I just checked , the torrent link has at least 30 seeder right now ,and it is working just fine ! try it with uTorrent client ! and if you want to download it faster you can add the PRTA and Hastati's direct download links to that torrent as webseeds !
just let me know if you don't know how to do that !
