[Help] Viewport in BF2 editor stops working

This is an issue I've never had before. I had to reinstall BF2 and the BF2 editor again on my computer (there was a issue with my HDD)
Anyway, when I try to move windows in the editor, the viewport becomes "disabled" and glitches out. Never had this issue before and was wondering if anyone here had an insight or fix?

Don't hate me for bumping but I've tried reinstalling everything and I can't seem to find a solution. Never heard of anyone having this issue before!
I need to resolve this issue if I ever wish to finish anything - I really appreciate any help or suggestions

Do you have Photoshop? Sounds stupid, but try to run Photoshop, then switch to editor. Though, not sure if it is same problem.

I don't have Photoshop but I'll install the trail and give it a try!
