I joined the Perc EU server or something like that I don't fully remember the name. Anyway when Muttrah city loaded the lighting was totally off and the fog was completely gone like I could see way beyond what is normal for Muttrah.

Is that Jabal lightning setting? I feel like should know this.

IIRC, it's a bug that happens sometimes that the games load another map's lightning.

Yep sometimes game fails to load new light settings. Sadly it also does not load fog settings either in those cases which might allow you to see further than you should
Luckily this bug gets fixed by reloading the map and we are very good at forcing people to reload the game/map
