[HELP] 3D Modelling Western European Buildings

I need a 3D modeller to create custom buildings for a map I'm working on.
I had someone helping me with this before but he got himself banned. Here's the last update from his stuff.
I was impressed by these but other people from the community have said the models were not that great so I don't think it would be wise to use these, hence I'm asking for help.
