I don't have any admin rights on my PC and that means I can't open the setup.

Is there any portable (setup free) version?

There is not I'm afraid.

Then, is there can I please have the installed files or a way to open the .bin?

Or not-standalone?

I am pretty sure that various parts need admin permissions to operate correctl.
