I am very familiar with the equipment of isis , and fortunately they do not have any sort of MANPADS , a couple of times on the video I saw the SA - 7 , but it was a year ago , but if there's reference would be happy to see them

it would be fair not to give them any MANPADS , because all the video they fought , that I was not looking , they try to shoot down the plane of the HMG and anti-aircraft guns :D , can somewhere when something in their hands caught these MANPADS , but personally I have not seen and who was this list it seems slightly familiar with the situation .
try to find a photo or video , where they actually use it

Even if ISIS or w/e does not use it, the Chinese do. Right now they use QW-2 in game which uses SA-7 geometry. We didnt even bother to make new texture :(

update:
The launcher and missile are not round enough and missile diameter is smaller than the real life counterpart. The launcher has different sights, and this one has only iron sights.

You should do the nose cap as just a simple low poly, and baking its details on through a HP model. No point wasting all those tris on trying to have them in the LP model that no one will be able to tell the difference, if not look as good as a HP bake.

There is also no point in modelling the inside of the tube, as you won't notice the change in firing in 1p and hardly in 3p. You could use the RPG-7 method to remove the caps and show the tube inside, like I did on the Blowpipe, but doing that means you can not have proper (or at least reliable) LODs on your weapon and only reason I did it on the Blowpipe was because the front tube was so big it was hard to miss on it. On this weapon the only thing people might notice being still there is the nose cap which might look a bit odd but will probably only be visible in 1p (especially since 1p will be scoped in at the time of firing) and 3p is quite a small detail to not notice, pretty much all our AT weapons don't have their caps go either.

So ye, I would save a lot of tris and just model the outside and not bother with the inside in this case. Also the missile will only be seen after firing (unless it is breech loaded or something which I very much doubt) so that needs to be pretty low poly when exported as a projectile.

update:

Changes to the model are done as advised.I looked at the Russian RPG-OG7 Geoms, So i should make the 1p with closed off tubes and 3p with a little bit hollow opening in the tube.Right?

No, if your going to do it via the RPG-7 method, you would want the tube to be totally hollow (for 3rd person anyways) but like I said, it really isn't worth it here to do so and your better off just not having any tube and the cap staying on after firing, like pretty all the AT and AA weapons we have (with the exception of the RPG-7 and the blowpipe), so then you can have a nice and simple LOD setup that always works properly.

If you look at the RPG-7s geom1 LOD2, which is the "3rd person Been Fired LOD" where there is no projectile, you will see it is hollow: Image

The 1p LOD2 isn't however since the player never looks down it to see:
Image

Then the 3p LOD0, LOD1, LOD3 & LOD4 are the actual "non-fired" lods (note LOD2 is skipped), but these only work properly before the weapon has fired, and normally bug out even after the weapon has been fired and reloaded, forcing players to draw LOD0 even at extreme view distance.

Now this is only worth doing in the case of the RPG-7 since the warhead is so damn obvious, both in 1p and 3p, that if it wasn't removed it would look really, really bad, and unfortunately having to break the LODs, and having no "been fired" LODs either, is the only way to do it well in BF2.

If you look at pretty much all our AT weapons, like the Predator, their big caps stay on even after firing since they just have normal LOD setups and it simply isn't worth breaking the LODs for.

So again for this weapon, I would really not recommend going down this route of having the cap removed and exposing an empty tube after launching, as it is such a small detail it is not worth breaking the LOD system for or the extra mesh memory and work to have it happen, let alone all the extra tris and texture space required too. Just keep this thing simple and only model the exterior with the cap permanently welded to the front of the launcher.
