It'd be nice if the objective tanks be more different visually, rather than just the lack of a commander gun.
A T-72B for Russia and Leo without a Barrel would be more fitting.

I agree. Personally I don't want objective gamemode to use vehicles that can be used by the team and can cause confusion. I rather have it be radar trailers, artillery pieces, anti air, or things like you describe. Something that will require a bit more work for us but will look alot better . I think WW2 has some plans for objective gamemode so maybe in that release we'll be able to flesh the gamemode out a big more for the PR core as well.

Honestly it'd be nice for a quick retexture fix, say EU or some brighter camo for the Leo2a6 and T-62.
It's an enjoyable gamemode, just incredibly annoying for armor squads. ACV without the tent or some Tank\APC with a gigantic flag on top could be an option.
A Radar station in the middle of a city looks awkward, while a disabled tank at least makes some sense.
