Do I have to download the whole PR mod 7 gig file and re install? all i am seeing is a download for version 2.0.0 700mb file, yet PRSPY says I need .4 version.

yeah, you need to download the 7GB file, install it (thats the main PR) and then the ww2 mod and install it, it will update itself from 2.0 to 2.4
