I want to know if there's a way to use Mumble in a Coop (With bots + people in a squad)

Join a coop server, you can do this via
start game > cooperative > internet > and then join a server.

From there, join a squad with people(or atleast a server with people).

B is going to be your local chatter, this is ranged but anyone(except the enemy) can hear it.
Numpad 0 is Squad Radio Chatter, this is not ranged and anyone in your squad can hear you clearly.

- and + keys on numpad will increase and decrease mumble volumes.

There's also squad leader and commander/all squad keys, but you won't need them until you're commander and/or squad leader. Plus, I remapped mine so I can't help you with that.

But we don't have good servers to choose, so one of us create the game via Local (host own server -> Join server via IP) and the Mumble seems not working there...

Mumble wont work as it passes by the PR master server and therefor must be allocated by PR Devs, if you want to local use TS or discord otherways create a South America COOP server.
