Missing ACU Patches

I have noticed that the US soldiers in PR V1.3.9.0 are all missing their 1st and 3rd Infantry Unit patches, is this a glitch in the update or were they purposely removed?

Literally like 1 year (or 1,5 years) later after the patch and you are the only one to notice xd
