Shovel and mortar in PR v 1.3.9

This is the first time I played PR, and suddenly it was updated into the newest version 1.3.9. and suddenly each kit have a shovel, please tell me how to use the shovel in PR 1.3.9 (You can attached videos).
Secondly how to use the mortar, If you are kind enough you also can attached a link on how to use mortar and shovel in PR 1.3.9, because the videos I got is the lowest version of PR.
