Army of the Czech Republic

Hello guys, we decided with a friend to create a new faction. Army of the Czech Republic.

We are from Czech Republic and we are true patriots. My friend is studying at the school of design of vehicles, aircraft and the like. They use programs from Autodesk. He has not got so much experience with history and our Army, so I will be the one who will control everything and help him with the work. Possibly create some himself objects, I quickly learn to work with the software.

My questions are:

1) What programs do we need? For creating skins, models, weapons.
I want to be absolutely sure.

We want to start with that really. It is clear to us that development can take, for example, the year

There's been lack of updates lately, but we're back on track(and truck aswell :) ) and will post some progress soon :)

Regarding tools:
Modelling can be done in any program. But export scripts exists only in 3ds max9(not 2009, not 2008, only 9).
That's mean if you want to make something in external program, you must ensure that you can port it to 3ds max9.
F.e., we're working on our tatra813 in max17 due to easier UV process, and polandball team working on their assets in blender.

I have a license for 3DS Max 2017, so I wanted to make sure. :-D

Thanks to your mod, we decided to start working on something similar. In essence, we would have done the same people, just different years. :-D

I most enjoyed the editors add objects to the map. Which is probably the easiest, but I did a lot of the details.

If you are a contact, so happy to help and possibly in the future may throw at the modern Czech Republic.

And most certainly you will need a hostile nation for CSLA. They would be put to use things from Vietnam, but it will not be historically correct, because the Americans have already started to move in development. For example woodland, the first Abrams like. So I might, for example, to help with this. :-D
