I got error say "Failed to initialize gamemode" , I never edited pr gamefiles , anybody know the fix? thanks.

yes , it worked before but now not work

I would try reinsatinng directX failing that reinstall PR. Check graphics particularly resolution hasn't gone stupid, check using dxdiag.

python fails to initialize. Check if anything changed in there.

as I said I never edit anything from pr

nah BF2 needs only DX9 only way to be sure is via offline installer these days.

Could it be as simple as run as admin? Otherwise reinstall. It's not a DX9 error.
