1.4 Won't Run

Ok, I've done the the 1.4 install and now get this when I try to run the game
59: UPDATE FAILED. THE REQUIRED UPDATE FOR THIS VERSION DOES NOT MATCH THE INSTALLED VERSION. INSTALLED:REPO,REQUIRED 1.3.9.0
Anyone got any ideas. Withdrawel symptoms already
