BUIS not working and crashes

I hope 1.4 will fix it but unfortunately still not working for me. I tried everything - change key, change account, reinstall. And yes, I tried on guns with BUIS ("S" in right corner).
Also in 1.4 I notice game "crashes" after playing a while. Without any error game just turning off.
