You should be able to play PR on your PC, at least on all Low/Off.

You should be able to play it on everything maxed out but you might get some fps drops if you scope in or Use binocs, had pretty much the Same System and everything went smooth except for the 2 issue. Fallujah was Kind of unplayable but they increased the Performance so i dont know about it now.

Most important are CPU and RAM

Should be able to play on low settings as has been said. There will be some maps where you'll have some FPS issues, but the majority of the time you should be able to play normally.
I played on a laptop worse than that for two years. :D

i have had a laptop acer aspire 5733 i think with very similar specs.

I installed pr on it some years ago and Really don't remember how it was running but i don't think it would be running smooth unless you also take down the screen resolution,

it had i3 cpu with 2.6 ghz ~ 4 cores with intel HD Graphics 3000

I did try to fly a fighter jet in kashan desert on CO-OP and i was able to get in and fly but was a little bit laggy.

I have same CPU(acer 5750g), just with additional nvidia 630m GPU(nvidia optimus). Officially crappiest potato in dev team :P
In my surprise, GPU does affect performance in effects stuff, i presume that's due to separate memory.

Launching PR on internal HD 3000 gives me ~25-45 fps, with heavy drops to 13 in dence areas and when lots of effects(smokes, muzzle flashes etc).
Launching PR on 630m gives me 30-50 fps on most maps, with drops to 25 when firing or dence areas.

Just don't play Bamyan (I get bad FPS while on the rest of the maps its 45-60 all max), Fallujah, Gaza, Soul Rebel, and you will be fine on low to med. Don't forget to select high performance in the power options.

what I did with my old, non upgraded computer is that whenever I was faced with 8 frames or less(or even a little more) i would lower the resolution, so for example 1920x1080 id lower it to 1200x600 and get +25 frames

Yes but when you're used to a certain resolution anything less then looks horrible?
