looks sick.
i don't know very much.. actually i know absolutely nothing about turkish military, let alone their vehicles so I can't say anything, however considering it's an ACV(amphibious combat vehicle I would assume), it will need some water prepulsion right?
that, and the armor looks like a china plate(could use some ridges but again I don't know anything about turkish acvs.

looks good, but you working in 2015 max, you have learned to circumvent the associated problems with new max and BF2 ? If yes, than how ? I would like to try my 2017 max, it is 1000 times more convenient

Far as I know the only way to export to BF2 is via the export tools, which only are supported up to Max v9 afaik.

Can always model in something newer and backport, but there tend to be a lot of issues with the model when doing this. IE flipped normals on some faces, smoothing groups can be lost, etc.

The meaning of ACV-15 is Armored Combat Vehicle 13-15 ton class. It has many different variants like AIFV, AAPC and Anti Armor- TOW. The Turkish Land Forces are usually using the AIFV (Armored Infantry Fighting Vehicle) variant. AIFV is fitted with a stabilized 25mm one man Sharpshooter Turret and has a capacity of carrying 11 personnel including driver, commander and gunner.

This is the ACV-30 for Korkut SPAAG(Self Propelled Anti Aircraft Gun). You can see there are two waterjets.

Can post wireframes and tri counts for HP? :)
Also i would advise you to start practicing backporting model to max9 now as you'll need to do it extensively in future.

I-Omer-I wrote:If you're asking for a regular team who are working specially for this, no. But I'm working with two person; General Bradly (We're also working for IDF:FFI mod) for exporting and Aviator. I'm also in contact with Cpt.Miller for map ideas, maybe we can do a map together (TAF vs ISIL or TAF vs MEC, maybe TAF vs YPG in future?)

All primary objectives (soldier and weapon models) are done and waiting to export. I'm currently working on vehicle models and I'll start testing finished contents soon. For now our only lack is a mapper, but anyone who wants to be helpful for anything else is sure welcome.

Well, I was waiting something more constructive...

The armor is not too strong against anti-armor projectiles, but it's still good enough to resist against heavy caliber rifle fire.

I also knew that M113 is a suitable amphibious platform, but I couldn't see any water pump behind the vehicle. Probably not all ACV models are amphibious, or it's not seen from outside.

I must remind that it's not the only APC in armory, but widely used and seen in Turkey and Syria (it can be also used in FSA faction).
Well keep in mind the M113 was amphiboius mainly because it used an aluminum body, lightweight made it float - not pumping water(if I recall it used tracks for moving forwards)

I think for the current including of this game, FSA would probably be the best choice indeed, they need a bit of variety from other not-as-conventional forces
