The pickup SVD is missing the backup sights.

Also the pickup kits are the insurgent versions, not sure if this is intended or not.

SVD does have BUIS, I think you might have gotten confused with the LEE-ENFIELD which doesn't have BUIS.

As for the Insurgents kit geoms on those kits is intended.

Yup you might've been confused with one of the sniper rifles without BUIS.

Also, pretty sure you got hustled as someone took one of the pickup kits and left you a standard insurgent kit

if i were you, i would get a very specific set of skills and hunt that person down.
