Could be said about every faction in-game.

what! its just a game. I oppose the Syrian rebels IRL but ingame they are very fun to play. I prefer playing FSA rather than MEC "which is a placeholder for SAA"
So again its just a game. if it bother you too much , change the server when Hamas is on.

We don't avoid sensitive topics.

After it has been like 3 years (or more) in the mod without literally no one complaining, why should it be removed?

Why we even wait for the SAA is beyond me when strapping some AKs onto Sbeneh MEC would work.
