Launch problem

I have a little problem when I start the game so i have a black screen (it takes only 2-3 seconds) and then it turns off.
It occurred to me that it might be something with the graphics card.

do you have win 10, did win 10 get updated recently?
whats your
Chipset?
graphicscard?
Ram ?
Did you Change the Monitor Resolution recently?
are you using prlauncher.exe to start the game

I use to run prlauncher.exe
