Im guessing the only way to fix this is a manual update/ re download... I'd rather not download again due to data caps.

Error: 1221: Unable to obtain an update list.

Not a bug, The updater got broken. You need to download a small patch from realitymod and patch your game, it will then fix the auto updater.
