The only way you're gonna get any feedback from the dev team/modelling community is by posting more wireframes.
Are you making this for PR? Or just in general? If for PR, you have TONS of optimizing to do on this. Your smoothing needs work.
Correct me if I'm wrong but this blender no? You're gonna have a hell of a time getting it ready for importing into the refractor engine if it is.

the javelin imported from blender to 3ds max 2013
something happened to the battery compartment so i had to remove it in 3ds max.

How did you do the export to 3ds max? Also just wait to get 3ds max 9.
Best way to do it (I heard this from others who have experience with exporting blender to max) is to export the blender format to .obj and then import the .obj into max.

I will try to make future work with 3ds max from now on to make things easier
