I'm assuming the FOB spawned him inside the bunker.

11:54 to 11:56 in the video, if you pause it and look where the tracer came from it seems to have come from under the floor.

I think if the player model was invisible, the kit should be still visible. This has happened to me like two years ago. I remember when the invisible player dropped his kit, he was completely invisible.

Like others said, he was likely in the bunker wall. Report it to server admins.
