Obrez is sighted on where the iron sights would be, but since they do not exist, it shoots a cm above the barrel.

That's the idea as far as I understand it.

just aim for neck if you are going for headshots and aim for center mass 99% of the time anyways
obrez is very fun to use but not the most reliable since it can take two or more hits to kill at times too.

Agreed Zwilling lacks standards and has no quality control. I mean he gave militia and taliban scopes. He obviously has never played the game as INF.
