Quite often while playing the game will freeze and display a message in white at the center of the screen saying "There is a Problem With Your Connection", shortly afterward the game will close to the desktop.

Has anyone else encountered this issue, and was able to find a solution?

If the game loses connection to the master server while in the main menu (After you get disconnectted), it closes (or crashes, Its Bf2 code, who knows if intended...).

Do you think there is a problem with your connection?

its only at a specific server or always?

Nope, my internet is pretty stable.
