Need help with how to create a local game

Was some of the buttons removed in the pr menu?
I wan't to play with people on LAN but nobody can join because there's no join local button when you try to join a co op gamemode anymore.
Theres another button that says JOIN IP but it is disabled for some reason i don't know.
if there is a way to get the JOIN IP button to work, it would be nice
In pr 1.3 there was not a problem, i just create the local game on CO OP and then join local No problem.
