The Devs left it there for us to build hives in.

An anonymous DEV once told me that they left it there so they'd have a place to collect all our tears that come after each major update. But it seems to be leaking as it should be full a long time ago. That said, revert the changes in the bullet damage plox! =)

Working as intended.

Gonna tell mappers to add a CSB spot for this.
