I am currently learning how to fly jets in local servers. I am tired of waiting for 20 mins before i can fly them. Is there some sort of console command I can use to speed up the time or spawn them instantly?

Until someone who knows the command appeares:

Try the falklands map (loads of aircraft) or maybe some vehicle warfare map. Or download the "test airfield" map, almost unlimited aircraft of all sorts there.

agree with MB, just load up falklands, bijar canyon, or test airfield.

take a look at Minerals post. Using RCON is the most easy way to spawn stuff, as long it exists on the map you are playing. in your PR folder you can find all vehicle names (C:\Program Files (x86)\Project Reality\Project Reality BF2\mods\pr\content) open the .rar called "objects_vehicles_server". after you've activated RCON using "RCON debug" in chat you can spawn jets using the rcon spawner "rcon spawner us_jet_f15" again type it in the chat.
Same goes for kits ("rcon spawner us_at" for the US HAT kit) you'll find the kit names in the objects_common_server .rar, you can only spawn kits of the teams that are part of the map.

you might have to turn on RCON in the PR launcher, there is a checkbox somewhere, just in case it's not working for you.

You can just simply type 'rcon kits', IMO its much easier.

i know but then you've to find the kit you wanted

I've got this google doc saved in my bookmarks. It seems to be a combination of the thread posted by Mineral along with list of spawnables for different factions. I would very much like to credit the author, but frankly, I have no clue.
