Are you updating it via the launcher or downloading it through torrent?

Probably because everyone woke up today and downloaded the patch.

Oh yeah just realized there's a new patch out. Speeds should go back up to normal once it settles down a bit.

Was having the same problem, I was trying to do it through torrent.
